Designer working on a brand and digital project for DC Regent Group

Delivered through our own studios — DC Web Studio, Mavire Codoir, and Prompt & Pause — with one team accountable for the outcome, from positioning through to a live build your team can run.

The Problem We Solve

Deliverables:
  • Brand positioning & messaging
  • Visual identity systems
  • Website design & development
  • Design systems & component libraries
  • Content & art direction
  • Performance & conversion optimisation
  • Brand guidelines & documented handover

How it works

Positioning before pixels, build before handover notes. The order is the discipline.

Phase 01

Settle the position

Before anything is drawn, we establish who the work is for, what it replaces in their head, and why this version rather than the last three. Positioning that is vague here shows up as bland design later.

Phase 02

Design the system

Identity, interface, and content direction are developed together, so every surface reads as if it came from the same decision rather than three different briefs.

Phase 03

Build and ship

Design moves into development in the same week it is approved. We work inside the codebase, not in a handoff document that quietly loses half the intent.

Phase 04

Measure and iterate

We track what the work actually does — speed, conversion, retention — and feed the findings back into the system on a monthly basis instead of closing the project and disappearing.

THE OUTCOME

Brand and digital work is judged on behaviour, not taste. These are the outcomes we design toward and measure against once the work is live.

A brand that is recognisable in a glance and consistent in every channel it appears in.
A website that loads quickly, works properly on mobile, and is editable by your team without us.
A real design system — working components, not a folder of unused mockups.
Copy that sounds like a person wrote it and still works six months after we leave.
Measured gains in conversion, engagement, or cost per acquisition.
Documentation and training good enough that the work keeps improving after handover.

WHO THIS IS FOR

You are visible — trading, selling, hiring, or launching — and the way you present is not keeping up with the work. The site is dated, the brand is inconsistent across channels, or the product experience is the weak link holding the whole thing back.

It also suits teams that have been through a rebrand before and were handed a logo, a PDF of brand guidelines, and no system. This time the priority is a system that runs without a designer on call.

Live businesses in a visible market
A website or brand that is actively costing you
A team that will own the system afterwards
