Privacy Policy
What we collect when you contact us or visit this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Last updated: September 2026
DC Regent Group Limited ("DCRG", "we", "us", "our") treats the personal information you share with us as ours to look after, not ours to trade. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. Who we are
DC Regent Group Limited is a private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales and based in London, United Kingdom. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, we are the controller in respect of the personal information described in this policy. Any questions about this policy, or about the information we hold, can be sent to hello@dcrgp.com.
2. Information we collect
We keep the amount we collect to what we actually need. In practice that means:
- Information you give us directly. When you use our contact form we receive the name, email address, company and message you enter. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to put in the message and in your email headers.
- Information our systems collect. Our hosting provider records standard technical request data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you requested and the time of the request, so that the site is delivered reliably and cannot be abused.
- Aggregate usage measurement. Where analytics is enabled, we use it to understand in aggregate which pages are read and how the site performs. This is not used to build a profile of you.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation.
- To understand how this website is used so that we can improve its content, structure and performance.
- To maintain the security, availability and integrity of the website, and to prevent misuse of the contact form.
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations that apply to us as a company.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell or rent it. We will only send you marketing email if you have asked us to, and every such message includes a way to stop it.
4. Lawful basis for processing
Where data protection law requires us to identify a lawful basis, we rely on the following: our legitimate interests in responding to you and in operating and securing this website; your consent, where we ask for it; and the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering into one. We do not rely on consent as a basis for processing the information you submit through the contact form, because we use that information in order to reply to you.
5. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that let us operate this website and run our business — for example our hosting provider, our email provider and, where analytics is enabled, our analytics provider. Each of them acts on our instructions and under a written contract. We will also disclose information where we are required to do so by law, or where necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of DCRG, our visitors or others.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process information on servers located outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards provided by UK data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses approved by the Information Commissioner's Office.
7. How long we keep your information
We keep correspondence for as long as it remains relevant to the enquiry or the relationship, and for the period afterwards that we need it to meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations. Technical request logs held by our hosting provider are kept for the period that provider configures for security and troubleshooting, and are then deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Subject to the conditions set out in data protection law, you have the right to:
- ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to delete information we no longer have a reason to keep;
- ask us to restrict or object to how we are using your information;
- ask us to transmit the information you gave us to another provider; and
- withdraw consent, where you have given it, without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it.
We will respond to any request within the period required by law and we will not charge you for making one. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
9. Cookies
This website uses cookies and similar technologies. What we set, why we set it and how to control it is explained in our Cookie Policy.
10. Children
This website is a business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy and how to contact us
We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version takes effect once published here, and the "Last updated" date above will change. For any question about this policy or about the information we hold about you, contact DC Regent Group Limited at hello@dcrgp.com, London, United Kingdom.
